This course is super easy, and you'll learn tons of valuable information such as the roles and responsibilities of security officers, ethics, use of force, radio procedures, report writing and observation, and emergency response!

5 STAR Event Services is licensed to provide security in the state of Texas by the Texas Department of Public Safety - Private Security Bureau. In order to work a security position, you need to complete the training course and obtain a security officer card issued by the State of Texas. DPS charges $65.00 and the license is good for two years. Additionally, there is a $10 fee that will be paid to DPS for a background check of your fingerprints.
